About

Still walking.

I'm Tim. Husband to Jess, father to three boys, pharmacist by trade, builder by conviction.

By day I work in a pharmacy. In the margins — early mornings, school-run gaps, the hours after the house is asleep — I build software for people I respect: compounding pharmacies trying to stay compliant without losing their soul, and founders trying to build without disappearing from their own families.

Fifteen years in, I've shipped things that worked and things that didn't. I've made money and lost it, hired well and hired badly, built quietly and built too loud. I'm trying to do the next fifteen in the open — not because I've got it figured out, but because I haven't.

I'm not a guru. I'm a guide who's a few steps ahead on a road I'm still walking. The men I sit with know this. My sons will figure it out. I'd rather be honestly mid-journey than performatively arrived.

Faith is the river underneath all of it. Not a brand, not a hook — just the thing that keeps me from confusing my output with my worth, or my work with my witness. If you don't share it, you're still welcome here; I'd just rather be straight with you about where the water comes from.

If any of this resonates, the letters are the best way to walk alongside.
